I empower you to navigate love and dating with clarity, integrity and joy.
My story
After 12 years in a relationship that once felt deeply loving and alive, but slowly dissolved into conflict and distance, I found myself standing at a quiet turning point, I was single again at 32.
The breakup opened something profound within me. Old wounds, rooted in childhood, rose to the surface with an intensity I hadn’t anticipated. At times, it felt as though my past was moving through me, shaping my emotions and reactions in ways I couldn’t control.
I turned to traditional therapy, hoping to find relief but instead, I felt overwhelmed. My nervous system wasn’t asking me to revisit and relive every story. It was asking for something more gentle, more attuned.
That’s when I discovered coaching and everything began to shift.
Through modern, body-led practices, I learned to meet myself in the present moment. To move with what was arising, rather than against it. Without forcing, without unraveling every detail of the past.
For the first time, I felt deeply supported in navigating my emotional world. I began to reconnect with myself, with my body, and with others.
Especially within the delicate, often vulnerable space of dating.
Driven by passion
The depth of transformation I experienced through coaching didn’t just change my circumstances—it redefined the relationship I have with myself, and with men.
What once felt confusing and overwhelming became clear, grounded, and deeply empowering. From this place, a natural desire emerged within me: to walk this path not only for myself, but to guide others through it as well.
I chose to devote myself to this work and became a certified feminine energy and relationship coach.
Today, I support women in expanding into a more connected, self-led way of living and loving.
I have seen, both in my own journey and in the women I work with, that it is absolutely possible to release old patterns and conditioning. To soften the grip of the past, without being defined by it. And to create deeply honest, nourishing connections—with yourself first, and from there, with others.
There is something profoundly meaningful to me about walking alongside women who are ready for this shift. Women who are no longer willing to stay in anxiety, overthinking, or emotional numbness—but are ready to step into a grounded, open, and self-trusting version of themselves.
This work is where I feel most connected. Most alive.
And I deeply believe this: there are extraordinary people in this world—men who are equally ready for depth, honesty, and real connection.
I want you to remain open to them.
